AnyPrint Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of AnyPrint: Printer App for All(“AnyPrint” or “the app”), an app for finding, testing and printing to thermal receipt and label printers. By installing or using AnyPrint, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who provides AnyPrint

AnyPrint is provided by MarginTop Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Nepal, which offers the app as a trader.

2. Your licence to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install AnyPrint on devices you own or control and to use it for your personal or business printing. AnyPrint, including its code, design and branding, remains ours or our licensors’. Open-source components are covered by their own licences.

3. Price

AnyPrint is currently free to download and use, with no ads and no account. If we add ads or paid features, we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy first, and show you the price and conditions before you buy anything.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scan, connect to or print on a printer or network you are not allowed to use.
• Use AnyPrint to break the law, or to produce forged, fraudulent or infringing documents, labels or barcodes.
• Interfere with printers, networks or other people’s devices.
• Copy, resell or redistribute the app, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows you to.

5. Printers and print results

AnyPrint works with many printers, but we cannot promise that it works with every printer, firmware version, device or connection type. Printers are made by third parties, and AnyPrint is not affiliated with or endorsed by their manufacturers. Brand names are used only to identify compatible products.

Printing and test pages use your paper and supplies. Check that receipts, labels, barcodes and QR codes are correct and readable before you rely on them, especially for shipping, pricing, stock, safety or regulated labelling.

6. Your designs

Your designs and the images you add stay yours, and they are stored on your device, not with us. You are responsible for having the right to use and print them, and for keeping your own copies. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data can delete them, and we cannot restore them.

8. App stores and other services

The terms of the store you download AnyPrint from, such as Google Play, also apply to your download. If you share a design through another app, that app’s own terms apply. We are responsible for AnyPrint itself but not for third-party stores, apps or services.

9. Updates and availability

We may update AnyPrint to fix problems, improve it or keep it working with new devices. Some updates may be needed to keep using the app. We may change or stop offering the app, and will give reasonable notice where we can.

10. Your consumer rights

If you use AnyPrint as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. This includes your rights in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, where digital content must conform to its description and be fit for purpose. If these Terms conflict with those laws, those laws apply.

11. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, AnyPrint is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that and to section 10, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business, data, paper or supplies, arising from your use of AnyPrint. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app and one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

13. Ending these Terms

You can stop using AnyPrint at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as sections 10 to 12 and 14, still apply afterwards.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes go to the courts of the Kathmandu Valley / Bagmati Province. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or on the store listing before it takes effect.
